Job Role= Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Job Location= Poole
Salary= Basic salary £14,500 - £15000 + commissions, during training period (first 3 months). On completion of training, Salary increases to £17000 - 18000 basic + comms.
In first 6 months commissions should add between £200 - £600 pcm to your salary.
About us= We are a Poole based recruitment agency specialising in permanent recruitment solutions to companies in Poole and throughout the UK.
We run 3 agencies who operate from our location, 2 agencies specialising in Healthcare Recruitment and WNA Solutions, who are specialists in Permanent Commercial Recruitment.
You will be taught by one of the best Recruitment Managers in the business, trained in all aspects of recruitment to ensure you achieve and surpass industry standard levels of Recruitment Consultancy.
The reason for this vacancy is due to company growth, at this time we require an additional consultant to join our team.
Although this is a trainee role, we are seeking someone who enjoys responsibility and is able to manage in the managers absence, in 2018 up to 4 new staff will join our growing team, who we expect you to manage when the manager is out on client visits / meetings.
You will contact potential candidates via telephone and email, advising them about permanent job opportunities.
You will be taught how to handle client calls and also the sales processes to create new clients.
You will be shown how to market vacancies and how to use certain key recruitment systems
Within 3- 6 months you will be completing all duties of a fully operational recruitment consultant.

Must have excellent communication skills and possess ability to use initiative.
This is a people focused role, you will be speaking with candidates and clients on a daily basis so you must be confident and possess an ability to handle a wide variety of calls.
You need to be tenacious, adaptable and hard working as recruitment is very demanding, however, there is also a lot of reward in this role, for example it is a fantastic feeling when you call someone to give them the good news they have secured a job offer, we help our candidates make life changing career decisions and we help our clients develop and grow their business, there is a lot of responsibility in this role, lots of hard work and lots of rewards.
